Mark, that doesn't sound like a SolrCloud-related issue. to verify it, can you
check if the output of {{/solr/admin/system?wt=json}} contains a value for
{{core.host}}? My guess is, you'll this question with "no".
Not sure in which cases the hostname will not be available, but the quickest
fix i can think of, is check if it's available and if so .. append it to the
{{<title>}} element, otherwise just don't?
