Hmmm, OK, I can pull that out ASAP. How about a warning in the log file though?
I think it's important to provide some way to debug this when it happens by
accident rather than manual inspection of potentially a bazillion files.
I take it there's no similar argument for core names? Having two cores with the
same name seems...fraught.
