I have a firefox browser with the HTMLTidy plugin, it complains about the
duplicate attribute, but also:
bq. ID and NAME must begin with a letter ([A-Za-z]) and may be followed by any
number of letters, digits ([0-9]), hyphens ("-"), underscores ("_"), colons
(":"), and periods (".").
Maybe we should fix this, too (to make it valid HTML). All anchors begin with
version number, it may be the best to add a "v" in front.
