Shawn Heisey closed SOLR-2889.

    Resolution: Won't Fix

Although I think an ARC would be really cool, the work on SOLR-3393 is probably
good enough. Closing this issue.

This is part of an effort to close old issues that I have reported. Search

> Currently Solr's caches are LRU, which doesn't look at hitcount to decide
> which entries are most important. There is a method that takes both
> frequency and time of cache hits into account:
> If it's feasible, this could be a good addition to Solr/Lucene.
