Added tests and fixed bugs. The most thorough test is testIndexEquality() which
runs a complicated scenario of adding and replacing documents and fields and
compares the resulting index to an index created only using addDocument. The
IndexWriterConfig used can be either created using new IndexWriterConfig() or
newIndexWriterConfig() which introduces randomness. When there is no randomness
the test passes, with -Dtests.seed=FFC28997A6951FFB it fails.
