1. Files are immediately created in index directory, because the HS Workspace
makes commit after each work.
2. There's only one IndexWriter using given index directory (for both update
and merge)
Now, I've made some concurrent tests from which it looks that the concurrent
model of merge is fine. This is probably the other problem on my side.
