Rethought the Wizard a bit. Should be working now.
Steps:
# Select the Wizard from the Doc Type drop down
# Choose your field
# Fill in text area
# Hit "Add Field"
# repeat until done
# Hit submit document when the doc is complete
This uses the same pathway as the JSON option when submitting.
