Hoss Man resolved SOLR-4889.

Resolution: Not A Problem
It appears this is not longer something we need to worry about because of the
new Infra policies regarding confluence: autoexport is no longer supported,
ergo autoexport is no longer required, ergo we can link directly to confluence
pages instead of autoexport pages, ergo we can use regular confluence comments.
(I'll re-open if it turns out any of theses "ergos" are incorrect)
