Does it mean that if there is update activity outside of CoreAdmin API during
SPLISTSHARD call the resulting splitted shard may be in inconsistent state ?
In other words, if I am actively indexing on the collection while I am
performing SPLITSHARD call, some of the indexing operation may not be reflected
in my collection after SPLITSHARD completes ?
