Status Update: Watchers should keep an eye on the various sub-tasks for
progress on specific areas.
In general: from a _process_ standpoint, we are in fairly good shape to release
the doc along with 4.4. The _content_ still needs some edits (see SOLR-5036)
but the process seems ready -- all bets are off however if/when the Confluence
upgrade to 5.0 is finished, since that may require some process changes (and
will hopefully let us deal with SOLR-4887 in a sane way).
