In lucene 4.2
it is not effective to set indexOptions to
DOCS_AND_FREQS_AND_POSITIONS_AND_OFFSETS,
positions and offsets are also not stored with termvector.
I have to set StoreTermVectorOffsets to true and set StoreTermVectorPositions
to true that is effective .
