I think we should stop encouraging people to download the 3.6.2 release - those big "Download 3.6.2" buttons on every website page should go away.
We can then also remove the 3.6.2 releases from the distribution mirrors - they will still live on at http://archive.apache.org/dist/ so people can get them if they really want them. Thoughts?
