Trivial patch, makes {{ManagedIndexSchema.shallowCopy()}} set {{resourceName}}
to {{managedSchemaResourceName}}; also adds a test that reloads the core after
adding a field in managed schema mode, which fails before the patch and
succeeds after.
Committing shortly.
