Mark, I ran "ant jar-checksums", and it's happy with the checksum files.
You upgraded httpcomponents in Solr core and Solrj, but not in lucene/replicator module, which depends on the previous versions of the httpclient and httpcore jars. The Maven config, unlike the Ant/Ivy config, has dependency versions for all Lucene/Solr modules in one place, in the grandparent POM, so the problem being reported here is that the *lucene* licenses directory doesn't have the checksums for the new jars. I think we should have a test somewhere that complains when we have multiple versions of the same dependency, across all Lucene and Solr modules.
