I wouldn't know how .. what the UI gets is something like {{time:
"2013-10-01T04:08:48.9Z"}}, maybe different if you run the Solr Instance
in/with your current TZ.
Perhaps we can do a sample "Show that dates in my local TZ" Button to switch
from UTC (and back ..) - that shouldn't be that hard.
