Hoss Man resolved SOLR-5085.

Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 4.5
Everything i had in mind has been accomplished here -- process accounts for all
the necessary files, everything that can be scripted has been scripted, and all
of the scripts seemed to work out fine in the 4.5 release.
