In cases where a value is missing it expressions just simply don't return a
value and are considered "missing".. eg add( fieldA, fieldB) if fieldB doesn't
exist in a doc the "add" is considered missing. Would be nice to have a
"default" operator to handle edge cases.. eg add( fieldA, default( fieldB, 0 ))
such that the value 0 will be used instead of a "missing" value..
This could also handle the div by zero case too
