SolrCore instantiates its SolrIndexSearcher asynchronously. If SolrCore hits an
exception and closes *before* said SolrIndexSearcher is asynchronously opened,
these mbeans will be registered *after* SolrCore clears its registry, so these
mbeans would be leaked.
