Furkan: thanks for point this out.  I went ahead and removed the bad 
examples and tried to better clarify that EmbeddedSolrServer isn't really 
recommended.

I couldn't find any unused attachments -- maybe someone already deleted 
them?  If you're still seeing them please send an updated link or a link 
to a screenshot.
