After the discussion in SOLR-5287 and the commit of SOLR-5518 (which moved the
ability to write conf files into a separate handler) this is the issue for UI
related Todos.
At first, i'm going to remove the functionality completely - since even in
trunk the handler was renamed. will bring back the stuff in another issue, but
sparetime is rare at the moment =/
