There was a mistake in the previous version of this patch: one of the two
instances of {{$\{javac.source.and.target}}} is output literally into
{{project.xml}}, because I didn't wrap it in {{<xsl:value-of select="..."/>}}.
This patch fixes that; renames the param to the more apt {{$source-level}}; and
doesn't make it a property in the top-level {{build.xml}}, but rather a literal
value when passing in the param.
