Just for the record, the VelocityResponseWriter has always supported templates
coming from the "resource loader", meaning that templates can be packaged into
plugin .jar files and they are then accessible by name using the v.template
parameter. The idea was to allow 3rd party plugins to ship with UI as well as
behavior.
