Looks like one of the changes might have caused the long-running tests to fail -- specifically it seemed to hang in Lucene.Net.Codecs.Compressing.TestCompressingStoredFieldsFormat.BaseStoredFieldsFormatTestCase.TestBigDocuments .
In any case I just manually kicked off the nightly to see if it was just a temporal issue.
