use regex as logic expects
Java's string.split accepts regular expression, the behavior which was lost
when code was translated to .NET. Replaced string.split with regex.split call.
This is for TestPayloadNearQuery tests which currently all fail because of this.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/laimis/lucenenet regex_fix
