Stefan, It has been 72 hours since your reply, yet the packages are still at the URL below and not at https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/lucenenet/. I realize they may take a while to propagate there, but when is the appropriate time to upload to NuGet? Also, is there another way to check the status of the vote?
