Resolution: Not A Problem
JIRA is for reporting defects with the code and/or tracking work that needs to
be completed on the Lucene.Net project.
The appropriate place to ask for user help is on the user mailing list
(https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/LUCENENET/Mailing+Lists) or on
StackOverflow. You are far more likely to get an answer to your question that
way.

> I want to index source code and create multiple fields for methods, variables
> , classes to store the name of these elements, and i will have a field called
> content to store the entire code.
> when I want to search for a method with the name (add), the highlighter of
> course will highlight any word (add) in the content field.
> so how can I approach this scenario, so that I can only highlight the fields
> the user is searching for ?
> now we have an indexing engine, that accept a filename, and allow special
> tags to be added to the content of the file so it can create fields based on
> those tags, and this allow exact highlighting for fields.
> is there any feature in lucene that I can use to to approach this issue so we
> can highlight only those fields the users are searching for ?
