Updated logo (in colored-logos-464.zip):
1. Made magnifying glass smaller, and made it use vector graphics so it doesn't
look distorted.
2. Changed color of Lucene logo (choice of blue, dark blue, red, yellow, gold,
red orange, and white).
3. All logos are 464px x 70px (the same size as the current logo)
4. Made .NET (text) smaller.
5. Made TM less bold.
6. Made new favicon.
