I had asked for it to be dropped down to 4.5 earlier because that was our
minimum supported version for Microsoft Power BI Desktop where we are shipping
the Lucene.Net 4.8 assembly.
We're currently updating our minimum requirement to 4.6.x though so this won't
be a problem for us.
