This revives the stale PR #208 to eliminate the `ThreadAffinityDocumentsWriterThreadPool` class, which sidesteps the problem that causes `Lucene.Net.Index.TestIndexWriterWithThreads::TestRollbackAndCommitWithThreads()` to fail by removing the assert that is causing the failure.
