Improved visual communication of home page. Made hero text much larger and made better use of negative space. Made the books smaller on home page. Added new "Getting Started" section comprised of 4 pages: index, Introduction, Tutorial and Learning Resources. Increased body font size. Improved UI of hyperlinks both with brighter color and better hover feedback. Fixed bug so that "Improve this Doc" is always clickable.
