I put together a draft for the next release; I believe people with commit access should be able to see it in the releases page: https://github.com/apache/lucenenet/releases It's pretty meaty. As the next step, I will review the communication from @NightOwl888 from the previous beta build and see what we need to do to proceed. From the top of my head, there is a PMC vote and then the publishing of the NuGet packages if the vote passes.
