Fixes #911 Thanks to @nikcio for the assistance. ## Description - docfx has been upgraded to the latest version (2.77) and now runs successfully on macOS - docfx is now installed as a dotnet global tool, and the installation is skipped if already installed - Post-processors have been upgraded to use the latest docfx SDK - Several documentation build warnings have been resolved due to invalid type references -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
