Review Comment:
   Seems like extra work to me. Is there some reason a J2N prerelease won't be 
good enough for this purpose? I am hoping to rapid-fire some J2N releases on 
NuGet so we can keep incrementing the Lucene.Net changes without having to wait 
until J2N 2.2.
