Marvin just pointed out to me on #lucy_dev that there is, in fact, a live VOTE
thread on Apache Clownfish. Apparently that email never got to me, but I see it
in the Apache list archives, so I know it's Just Me.

Once I downloaded and installed the Clownfish libs, Lucy tested out just fine
for me, so I can change this to a +1 vote on Lucy 0.4.0 RC2. I think the
dependencies are documented clearly enough (and certainly the CPAN installer
should figure them out); it's just that I didn't have the other VOTE thread to
refer to for the artifacts.
