Yeah, it was really helpful to focus on the Go bindings first because feature-wise, Go is a lot more different from Perl than Ruby or Python: static vs. dynamic typing, tracing GC vs. reference counting, no class-based inheritance, return values vs. exceptions. Once we have good support for Go, I think we should be able to cover most other languages without major changes.
