MADlib dev, In reviewing the PMC guidelines and an interesting link titled "Site check" (https://whimsy.apache.org/site/project/madlib) at the bottom of the project's roster page's "Links" ( https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/committee/madlib#links) section, I noticed several (6) website policies flagged (reference: Website Navigation Links Policy (https://www.apache.org/foundation/marks/pmcs#navigation).
I will create a PR to take an initial stab at addressing these items. Initially, I will simply add the content at the bottom of the home page and adjust footers slightly (add: Licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.) of all pages. It will take some investigation to determine how to add a drop-down navigation menu-item to each page. There is also some cleanup I will perform on the Downloads page (e.g. there are two sections title "Current Release", there are several usages of "Latest stable release" in older release content which should only be used on the "Current Release".
