I added a couple of missing arguments to replace the nulls and converted
TestCanopyCreation to use it. Committed in r955372.

DummyRecordWriter looks even cleaner than what I did with MockMapper and
ReducerContexts. If you can add a buildReducer static to it I will switch
over to use it next week.
