This is still not enough information for anybody to help you.
Can you say more about your input data? What did you expect to see?
How parse was the data? How large?
What command did you use to run the program?
Are you sure that the input data was where you thought? How do you know?
Are you sure you looked in the right place for the the output data? How do you
know?
