Setting the prefValue to 0 obviously won't work, setting it to 1 is the right
thing to do.
It is not true that DistributedUncenteredZeroAssumingCosineVectorSimilarity
always gives 1 for boolean data, have a look at line 27 in
org.apache.mahout.math.hadoop.similarity.vector.DistributedUncenteredZeroAssumingCosineVectorSimilarityTest
if you need a proof.
