Got it, I understand the point of this class now. Well I might only humbly
suggest "RandomUtils.getRandom(11)" for sheer consistency in that line.
I also have a modified version of your patch locally where I tried to adjust
the items that were giving off minor style warnings. I am happy to bear the
burden of merging your latest changes. If they're small, it might be simple too
to commit and let you add them in too.
