Matrix-matrix multiplication is now implemented, via somewhat of a hack job
with the NamedVector class and corresponding m/r job. This hasn't been tested
yet (that is the next step). It does compile, so in theory all that remains is
to adjust the DRM unit tests to accommodate Hadoop 0.20.2.
