We currently get uncommons-math 1.2 from the infamous (for poor maintenance) java.net maven repository. As is typical, the version on the java.net repo does not have a proper pom and such.
I see that at some point in the past we published our own copy of a version of uncommons-math under our own groupid. I'd propose that we do this again for 0.5 -- it's really unhelpful and unpopular to list repos in your poms, as it forces all your users to do likewise.
