I actually don't know if anything but the core javadoc is generated
regularly.
I will try to fix that old link and any others out there.

You can definitely help by improving the wiki and/or javadoc.
(Speaking of package.html, I am about to commit a change to update them to
the Java 1.5+ equivalent, package-info.java)
