I use it a fair amount, even to launch my own custom drivers. Then again, most of my work on Mahout these days is purely for Mahout. In the past, when it was driven by application demands, I often used Oozie or some other workflow engine. > > How much of your Mahout work do you folk manage to do purely via bin/mahout? It varies. I usually use it for seq2sparse and other prep work and to run the basic clustering/classify/recommendation jobs.
