Grant, Thanks for ur feedback.
After I fix the test case, I'll upload a patch.
Also I was wondering about the scope of this issue. you had earlier mentioned
about these nominal attribs and its mapping. I guess this patch will fix it. I
cudnt quickly find one but is there any other problem that you see with the
ARFF -> Vector conversion functionality.
