Attachment: MAHOUT-867.patch
Adds --evaluate option to ClusterDumper, which then uses the
RepresentativePointsDriver and the ClusterEvaluator and CDbwEvaluator to get
some metrics. Also fixes a bug in the RepPointsDriver.
Committing shortly.
