code freeze date (January 1) looming here is the current report of
outstanding JIRAs tagged for 0.6. Can the assignees/reporters please
take a look and adjust the target release based upon what is likely by
this date? There are 4 bugs in this list which really beg to be
completed. The other new features/improvements can be (and ought to be
unless they are slam-dunk at this point) moved to 0.7.
