This patch adds in a codepath for running the SequenceFilesFromDirectory.java
sequential process as a MR job. I haven't had time to do the mail archives one
(its slightly different), but I'll look at that one. Joe asked about my design
so I'll post this now, and in a few days, I'll post a patch that includes the
mail archives one.
