Not sure how we should handle the fact that we removed the old version. We
probably should move to a versioned set of our docs, but that is more work.
For now, I think I will move the command line stuff to a "pre-0.7 section" on
the same page. Looks like the two main pages we care about are the command
line and the how it's implemented.
