Mahout 0.8 Priorities

With the maintenance release 0.7 in the bag we need to establish the 
priorities for 0.8. I believe there are still maintenance issues to be 
resolved but can somebody come up with a succinct goal for the release? 
I need to submit our July report to the board next week.
